Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at michelle99quadros@gmail.com for assistance.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer to process. The estimated time for such items will be mentioned in the product description.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (available at an additional cost)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at roseartbymichellerq@gmail.com

  • In case of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for lost packages. However, we will try our best to assist you in tracking it.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
